For Teachers

By creating a tutor profile on TuitionPao, you consent to receive notifications via SMS, email, or other communication channels regarding class opportunities and updates.
Tutors may opt out of such communications anytime through their account settings.
Tutors must submit valid identity and address proof (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License), along with recent photographs and educational qualifications for verification.
Tutors are strictly required to engage only in teaching-related services and must not participate in any fraudulent or misleading activities.
Any involvement in unauthorized practices, including taking money for admissions or false promises, is strictly prohibited.
In case of any fraudulent activity, TuitionPao reserves the right to initiate legal action against the tutor.
Tutors must keep their contact details and address updated at all times and provide identification to clients when requested.
Tutors are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, proper conduct, and appropriate dress code during all interactions.
Tutors understand that TuitionPao provides only student enquiries/leads. Whether a lead converts into paid tuition depends entirely upon the tutor and the student or parent.

Platform Role & Service Scope

TuitionPao is an online platform that connects tutors with students and parents seeking educational services.
TuitionPao acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator for tutor registration, profile management and student lead sharing.
TuitionPao does not employ tutors and is not a party to any agreement between tutors and students or parents.
The Platform does not guarantee tuition confirmation, demo classes, student responses, earnings or business success.
The final decision regarding tuition engagement always remains between the tutor and the student or parent.

For Parents / Students

TuitionPao helps you find tutors suitable for your child's needs, but does not guarantee success in any exam or test.
Home tutors must be treated with respect and dignity at all times.
The final decision to select a tutor for your child remains solely with you.
Tutors will conduct classes only if at least one parent or guardian is present at home.
You may request identity proof and qualification documents from tutors before starting classes. However, TuitionPao does not guarantee document verification.
It is recommended to make payments through the platform. Payments to tutors will be released after confirmation of completed sessions. If you pay tutors directly, the platform will not be responsible for any disputes.
TuitionPao does not guarantee student progress and is not responsible for any theft or misconduct. Parents or guardians should monitor sessions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue using the platform immediately.
TuitionPao reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Conditions

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
This document is published to comply with legal requirements for publishing rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for the website https://www.tuitionpao.com, including its mobile site and application (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is owned and managed by Prashant Singh (the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, along with all policies referenced herein.
Any transaction on the Platform will be subject to the applicable policies for that transaction.
Your use of the Platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you shall have no legal effect.
TuitionPao reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed.
For these Terms, "user", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or legal entity who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform TuitionPao, you are deemed to agree to all the terms and conditions described in these Terms of Use.
Your use of the Platform automatically indicates your acceptance of the rules, policies, and obligations outlined herein.
We strongly recommend that you read the Terms of Use carefully before proceeding, so you understand your responsibilities and rights while using the Platform.
If you do not agree to any of the terms, you should immediately discontinue using the Platform.

Use of Services & User Responsibilities

By accessing or using the Platform TuitionPao, you agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information at all times, and you are responsible for all activity carried out through your registered account.
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose. Minor errors or inaccuracies may exist, and the Platform Owner is not liable for them.
Using the Platform and its Services is entirely at your own risk. You are expected to independently verify that the services meet your requirements.
All contents on the Platform—including design, layout, graphics, and other materials—are proprietary to Prashant Singh and the Platform. Users have no rights to claim ownership or intellectual property rights over the content.
Unauthorized use of the Platform or its Services may result in legal action as per these Terms of Use and applicable laws.
You agree to pay any applicable charges associated with the use of Services on the Platform.
No refund shall be claimed on the grounds that the tutor could not convert the student into a paid tuition, the student did not answer calls, rejected the tutor, selected another tutor, cancelled the requirement, or discontinued communication after the lead was shared.
Payments made for digital services are for platform access, tutor profile services and student lead sharing, and not for guaranteed tuition assignments.
The purchased service shall be considered successfully delivered immediately upon activation of the tutor account, premium plan, dashboard access or when the tutor accesses, views, unlocks, downloads, contacts or otherwise uses any student lead shared by TuitionPao, whichever occurs first.
Once the service has been delivered, the user shall not be entitled to any refund except where required by applicable law or where TuitionPao determines, after verification, that a duplicate payment or verified technical error occurred before any service was delivered.
You must not use the Platform or Services for any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited purposes under these Terms or applicable Indian laws.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links are governed by the third-party websites' terms, and Prashant Singh is not responsible for them.
Any transaction initiated on the Platform constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Prashant Singh for the services rendered.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prashant Singh, affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
All concerns, communications, or queries regarding these Terms must be addressed using the official contact information provided on the Platform.

Student Leads

Student enquiries are shared based on availability and matching criteria.
TuitionPao makes reasonable efforts to provide genuine student enquiries but does not guarantee that every enquiry will result in tuition.
Students or parents may decide not to proceed due to budget, location, timing, subject preference or personal reasons.
Such decisions shall not create any liability or refund obligation for TuitionPao.
The tutor is solely responsible for contacting students, discussing fees, scheduling demo classes and finalizing tuition arrangements.
Once even a single student lead has been viewed, accepted, contacted or used, the purchased digital service shall be considered delivered.
The tutor acknowledges that by contacting or using even one student lead, the tutor confirms that the services have been availed after understanding all applicable terms, pricing and policies. TuitionPao shall not be responsible if the tuition does not get finalized or if the student or parent chooses not to continue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuitionPao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from the use of the Platform.
TuitionPao shall not be responsible for tuition cancellation, student behaviour, tutor performance, non-payment by students or disputes arising directly between tutors and students.
Users acknowledge that TuitionPao only facilitates connections between tutors and students.

Refund Policy

All payments made on TuitionPao are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform. Users are advised to read the Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
